2.2 Fitness Tech is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of fitness equipment purchased or serviced by us.
2.3 Aging equipment carries inherent risks. While we strive for reliable repairs, customers understand that fixing older equipment may lead to unforeseen issues due to its age, and Fitness Tech shall not be held responsible for such occurrences.
3. On-Site Services
3.1 When providing on-site services, customers must ensure a safe and accessible workspace, disclosing any potential hazards or safety concerns.
3.2 Fitness Tech reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue service if the environment is deemed unsafe or if undisclosed hazards are encountered.
4. Customer Cooperation

5. Payment Terms

7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
8. Amendments
8.1 Fitness Tech reserves the right to amend these terms of trade at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to customers in writing.
